Remember Hollie’s portraits I blogged a couple of weeks back? It was all part of a grander plan.

I am thrilled to announce the launch of my Seniors Mini-sessions. A fun little package for year twelve students, it includes a 20 minute mini-portrait session and a pack of 100 contact cards. The cards are personalised, with the student’s phot on the front, and up to six lines of text on the back. They are a great way to share contact details with old friends & new friends, or as an inclusion with a resume to make a lasting impression on potential employers.

Ssomething cool I’ve been doing lately is doing before & after photographs for a local stylist who has co-ordinated some very fun makeover parties.

The parties are a blast, and cover dressing for your personality type, accessorising, and also make-up colours and application. Spaces are limited, so if you are interested, shoot me an email & I can fill you in on all the details.

Just going through some more photos from the Yamba wedding I shot before I went on holidays, and found this, and loved it. I just love the look of joy on their faces, and the way they are oblivious to the world around them.

We have just gotten home from a weekend at Yamba, where I was photographing the wedding of Maria & Brendon. Their ceremony, performed by Christine Preston, was held out at Green Point Reserve. We then headed into town to Main Beach for some photos, before returning to the reception out at Angourie Rainforest Resort.

Heading down to the beach, we were met by this hot-rod coming back up the road, and it just happened to match the bridesmaids dresses perfectly. Thank you, anonymous driver, for stopping & allowing us to photograph your car!

Another year already! Time is just disappearing!

I have two blog-related resolutions this year. One – I will blog at least once a week, and two - I will comment more on other peoples blogs. I am really slack at not commenting, particularly since I got Google Reader, so I don’t actually visit the blog I am reading. But this year, I will try to comment on at least one blog a day, preferably all different blogs! Look out for some links to the cool blogs I’ll be commenting on.

Monday evening we headed out to mum & dad’s place for Christmas eve drinks & bbq. I also snuck in a family portrait.

This would look great above mum & dad’s lounge as a huge canvas (wink, wink!). It was an effort to get it though, just behind the camera are four dogs & a duck (don’t ask) wanting to see what all the fun was about. It was a well timed operation to set off the timer on the camera, and then throw a ball to the dogs to keep them out of the way (preferably without knocking the camera off it’s perch).

I love this next picture of my three muskateers – that’s my gorgeous little boy in the front, his poppy (my dad) in the middle, and my hunk o’ spunk husband at the back. I love this photo, I think I might blow it up & put it on the wall!

We had a lovely Christmas, surrounded by family. O got very spoilt, I think we will need to add another storey to our house just to store all the toys! No clear favourites yet, he has a go at everything during the day, so by bedtime, our loungeroom looks like we’ve robbed a toy-store! M is on holidays for the next week or so, so there won’t be much blogging happening. This two posts in one day business is too hard to keep up for longer then, umm, one day!
